BDR for Czechia and Slovakia

ROIVENUE is a marketing intelligence suite built to maximize ROI through data-driven attribution and integration. Our solution allows marketers to identify under-performing campaigns, address over-invested channels, and make decisions that maximize return on investment (ROI). 

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in generating leads and turning them into opportunities using different sales outreach methods like e-mail, LinkedIn, phone and other channels. You will learn to use cutting edge prospecting, intent and sales automation tools.

You will need to be able to work using your own initiative, you love the start-up world and the exciting opportunity that selling a disruptive platform presents. You also are keen to learn, looking to join a small and vibrant team and lead our international expansion.

What will you do?

Your main goal is to create as many business conversations as possible through a proven sales automation system. 

  • Proactively look for new prospects on the CZ/SK and international market.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, LinkedIn and e-mail.
  • Work with and learn how to use excellent prospecting and sales tools like Close.io, HubSpot, Hunter.io, Boomerang, SimilarWeb, Leady, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and many others.
  • Come up with new creative ways of writing ever more successful e-mail sequences.
  • Establish contacts with Czech and international agencies, and e-commerce industry power brokers 
  • Work directly with the CEO who serves as Head of Sales and learn how to close deals and be a better salesperson.

About you 

  • You have some previous business development experience or you are very eager to get into sales career track.
  • You are not afraid to reach out to new prospects & communicate with leading people like CMO’s / CEO’s / owners of big important companies daily.
  • You can easily make new contacts, enjoy the flow and lead the conversation via mail and calls.
  • You are based in Prague and willing to travel if necessary.
  • You want to learn new techniques to increase your output thanks to smart technologies and tools and get in touch with ultra-busy people
  • You are interested and want to pursue your future career in areas of digital marketing, data analytics and/or e-commerce - all rapidly growing industries AND, of course B2B sales
  • You want to learn in detail how the B2B SaaS sales process works and improve yourself in your presentation skills after a few months
  • Native Czech and proficient English is a must, German is a big advantage
