Roivenue is looking for Client Success Managers to help us provide better service for our growing list of clients.
ROIVENUE marketing intelligence suite lets marketers get more from their investments. It aggregates data from every marketing channel and client's internal database and gives our clients the full view of the marketing investments – identifying under-performing channels, success stories, and everything in between.

About the role:

Our Client Service Manager is the face or ROIVENUE for our clients as well as a voice of advice. 

You will be both the primary point of contact as well as a driver of change within the client's organization.
You will get well versed in data-integration and multitouch attribution - core functions of the ROIVENUE product as well as learn to scope out and lead delivery of extra projects ranging from segmentation to budget optimization to data enhancement to dashboard building.

About You:

  • You love to share your knowledge and expertise with clients. More importantly, you understand how to manage expectations and be honest with clients so that they value your commitment to their mission.
  • You have experience managing clients in a digital agency, SaaS product or similar environment (ideally 2 years or more)
  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Understanding of performance marketing with ideally previous hands-on experience managing several digital marketing channels
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and issues simultaneously
  • Fast learner and great team player who can motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional value to clients
  • You’re proactively working to get things done, not letting issues fester
  • You understand how businesses can use data to make better decisions
  • You aren't a hardcore coder, but you don’t get dizzy when your colleagues say "JavaScript“


  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters of ROIVENUE clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, communicating clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Over time, become a go-to expert in marketing and ROIVENUE products and provide the best advice possible to our clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Ability to understand clients’ business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Identify and help realise upsell opportunities: grow opportunities within customer base and collaborate with our sales team to ensure retention and realise upsell opportunities
  • Give feedback and suggestions to our product and development team - contribute to the built of future versions of ROIVENUE
  • Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible and exceed expectations
  • Understanding and translating marketing output into technical requirements
