We're looking for Client Success Managers to help us provide better service for our growing list of clients.

The ROIVENUETM marketing intelligence suite lets marketers get more from their investments. It aggregates data from every marketing channel and client's internal database and provides the full view of their spending – identifying under-performing channels, success stories, and everything in between.

What Will You Do?

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters of ROIVENUE clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, communicating clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Over time, become a go-to expert in marketing and ROIVENUE products and provide the best advice possible to our clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Ability to understand clients’ business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Identify and help realise upsell opportunities: grow opportunities within customer base and collaborate with our sales team to ensure retention and realise upsell opportunities
  • Give feedback and suggestions to our product and development team - contribute to the built of future versions of ROIVENUE
  • Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible and exceed expectations
  • Understanding and translating marketing output into technical requirements
