About the role
This role encapsulates a great deal of diverse activities ranging from organizing team buildings to chasing unpaid invoices. More specifically, you will:
Run the day-to-day operations
Manage the company's finances including issuing invoices and paying our liabilities
Be responsible for accounting (although the menial labor of accounting itself is outsourced)
Handle, process and archive all contracts (with clients, employees and other third parties)
Take care of our office space requirements
Organize our company beers, BBQs and team buildings
Be on hand to our CEO at all times
Solve problems nobody else picks up or even sees
You should (in ideal case) be:
A very well organized person that can organize others; and who is able to set-up, maintain and continually improve internal processes
Good with numbers, spreadsheets, various financial and accounting sofwares
Familiar with G Suite, Slack, CRM, project management and other softwares that help us get things done
Fluent and communicative Czech and English
Equipped with a cheerful personality and a special skill to cheer the whole office up with one big smile
An empathetic person who has a sixths sense for the troubles of others
A natural multitasker who can deliver accurate results under time pressure
Able to cross your comfort zone and do things differently every six months
A fast learner who absorbs insights and spits out improvement proposals on a daily basis
Comfortable with our diverse multinational team
Able to commit 110% of your time and soul to our mission (although if you are finishing up school or just ending your maternity/paternity leave we can start part-time for the first couple of moths)
An amateur interior designer who thinks about how to beautify the office on his/her way home
