Our technical support holds all the data pieces together. He/she knows our technical infrastructure as well as data flows and data structures inside out and is able to resolve any technical issues or questions a Client Service colleague might have.
Because of that you will be seen as a genius by less technical people on the team and as a useful and cooperative partner to our development team.
