ROIVENUETM marketing intelligence suite lets marketers get more from their investments. It aggregates data from every marketing channel and client's internal database and gives our clients the full view of the marketing investments – identifying under-performing channels, success stories, and everything in between.
It just so happens that every analysis starts with data precision and that's where your role comes in: to make sure our algorithms are crunching and clients are seeing correct data and issues are taken care of.
About the role
Doing technical support at Roivenue doesn’t mean taking phones all day and telling people to restart their computers. You will be the middleman between our development team and the client facing Customer Success team. Technical support  knows our data warehouse infrastructure as well as data flows inside out and is able to resolve any technical issues or questions a colleague might have.
Because of that you will be seen as a genius by less technical people on the team and as a useful and cooperative partner to our development team.
 
What would you do?
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues (application, infrastructure, data loads)
  • Managing our trouble ticket software and knowledge base
  • Writing technical specification of new product ideas for development team
  • Managing communication and relationships between client service and Development teams
  • (User) testing of new software features
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Finding ways to prevent issues in the future
  • If you would be willing to learn, in time you will be included in more advanced quality assurance tools (SQL scripts checking data health and application processes, debugging our application, automatized monitoring)
About You:

 

  • You've already worked in technical/customer support (maybe in a less technical setting) and you know it's something you're good at and enjoy doing (and maybe want to improve your technical skills)
  • You possess sound logical thinking and intellectual curiosity to discover the root cause of any quirks and technical issues - and eliminate them for future
  • You are a process oriented person with structured thinking
  • You are proficient in English (Czech welcomed but not required)
