With Roivenue Customers Overview template you get a quick view on your customers activities and in additional you can track how you make them shopping happily in the following months.


Our clients are aware of the fact the acquisition is very expensive activity. One of them came to us with the strategy was to acquire customers on any popular item and try to get them switch to their own private labelled products, obviously with higher margin. With this Overview the client could easily track whether his strategy is on the right track.

 

How to use?

All you need to do is to have connected CRM data to Roivenue.
You just need to go to Roivenue Export → PowerBI → and copy your url parameters into the template.

The template consists of 3 pages. On the top, with the slicer you may easily choose the Business Unit.

On the top you can see your customers metrics for the current month.

This column chart tracks the amount of New Customers, Returning Customers and progress of New Customers Ratio by months.

Analyze how your customers revenue & profit & margin is progressing after months.

In the table you can see the number of customers acquired in each months. See how much Net Revenue or Gross Profit have they made so far.
In additional, you can track their spendings by cumulative overview of Revenue & Profit.
